Most high-achieving leaders are operating with only part of the picture—pushing harder, managing more, and trying to think their way through complexity while overlooking the deeper conditions shaping how they perform.
That’s why I created the Three 4ths™ Framework—a practical model for sustainable success built around three often-overlooked forces:
Energy: How we operate internally—our clarity, capacity, emotional state, and decision-making.
Environment: The people, spaces, and structures that either support momentum or quietly create friction.
Timing: Understanding when action is supported, when resistance is information, and why effort alone isn’t always the answer.
Because sustainable success isn’t built through force.
